1. How do you ship? |

We ship our products world wide in very discreet packaging. We use regular air mail. You don't have to sign for it. |

2. How long is the whole process of ordering and shipping? |

Once payment is received, we try to process and dispatch your order in the same day. If you pay in the morning ( time of Argentina) we will send your order in the same day. We can not send packs on saturday afternoon and sunday so if you place the money in that days your order will ship on the next Monday. Shipping time will depend on various factors, postal service efficiency, customs clearance, international transit, etc. Most often you will receive your products within 5-10 laboral days after ordering. |

3. How do I change my order after it has been placed? |

You will recieve a shipping confirmation email. Standard Air mail shipping provides no online tracking service and must be tracked from our end.

11. What if my order does not arrive, the received quantity does not match with the order, if I receive the wrong product, or if the pack is seized?

Please notify us by email within 30 days from the order date and we will certainly correct the matter. If Your order does not arrive, we will first track it and, if not being able to locate the parcel, a solution will be offered you.
